today, version 1.0

a management system for your most precious resource: today.

You only get one.
So a few weeks back I had this idea to begin mapping my day in a way that went beyond my normal to-do list. The concept was to design a space in which I could easily track both the routine tasks, as well as the kind of macro-goals that (potentially) drive those routines. This should be a space which aids in determining the choices best fit my long-term goals, and if it was accessible enough to build into my daily routine, would provide a wealth of information to look back on... (ie. Boy, I felt like crap yesterday, what did I eat the day before? How much sleep did I get? Did I drink enough water? I really feel unproductive, is that true?, etc..) The result of this, is the document you see before you: today, version 1.0. Each day starts as a blank sheet of paper with unlimited possibilities. You WILL fill it in, in just a matter of how. And I can't help but be reminded, that in many way, what goes into my day (sleep, water, food, spiritual-life) will determine what comes out, in the form of dreams, goals, tasks, investments, and exercise.
